What We Do

Work-Study Internships

The Town of Wellesley Student Work-Study Internship Program is a joint venture between Wellesley High School (WHS), the Wellesley Youth Commission and A Path In The Woods Foundation, Inc. The program provides employment opportunities and job skill training within Town of Wellesley departments to qualified high school students.

Our Partners

Together with our partners we develop, sponsor and support programs and events that provide our youth opportunities for early career exploration.

Foundation for MetroWest | Wellesley Youth Commission | Wellesley Media Corporation | Adolescent Wellness | And more!

Our Mission

The Foundation was created in 2009 in memory and in honor of the spirit and ideas of Daniel J. McCabe of Wellesley, MA. It is dedicated to opening new doors of opportunity and exploration for the young men and women in our community and beyond who are searching for their path in life and need assistance, financial or otherwise in beginning their journey.

How You Can Help

The Foundation raises funds through community-based events and direct contributions. The funds are used to provide young adults with grants to gain access to job skill training and education, and to support events and programs that provide opportunities for early career exploration.
